As co-founder & CEO of Map of Me, Kelly is a forward-thinking leader who artfully blends performance and human flourishing. With a deep-rooted expertise in Positive Psychology, Kelly has worked tirelessly with Fortune 500 companies, public sector agencies, and leaders at all levels, enabling them to explore their internal dynamics to influence their personal lives, teams, and organisational roles meaningfully. Her passion lies in fostering workspaces where individuals can thrive, focusing on driving transformational, human-centered work over transactions.
Kelly is skilled in developing practical, evidence-based programs designed to enhance everyday life and regularly engages in fields like team and organisation culture, emotional intelligence, strengths, resilience, purpose, mindsets, communication, and teamwork. Alongside her work at Map of Me, Kelly co-founded Everyday Leader, a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting social emotional wellbeing in high schools within low socio-economic sectors.
